1. Production
Each CUSSHOM product is made according to your selected measurements, fabric, and finishing details.
Most custom orders are completed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed.
2. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please make sure your address is complete and accurate, including apartment number, unit number, ZIP code, building details, or delivery notes when needed.

Yes. CUSSHOM offers free shipping on orders.

Because each item is made to order, tracking is not available immediately after purchase.
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at info@cusshom.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. CUSSHOM is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
First, check your front door, porch, mailbox area, garage, reception desk, building office, neighbors, and other common delivery locations.
If the package still cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier first. Then email us at info@cusshom.com with your order number and tracking details so we can help review the situation.
