Clear Delivery Information

Every CUSSHOM piece is custom made with care, then handed over to the shipping carrier once production is complete. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We offer free shipping on CUSSHOM orders.

1. Production

Each CUSSHOM product is made according to your selected measurements, fabric, and finishing details.

Most custom orders are completed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed.

2. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your address is complete and accurate, including apartment number, unit number, ZIP code, building details, or delivery notes when needed.
