Because custom cushions, cushion covers, and outdoor furniture covers are made specifically to your order details, they are not eligible for return unless there is a production defect or an issue with the order.

Please review your measurements, fabric selection, color, thickness, and finishing details carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes

Custom orders may be changed within 24 hours after the order is placed, as long as production has not started.

Once materials are cut or production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed because the item is already being made specifically for your measurements and selections.

Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after the order is placed, as long as production has not started.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled because the product is being made specifically for you.

FIT & MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Fit & Measurement Responsibility

Each cushion is made according to the measurements provided at checkout.

If the cushion was made according to the measurements you submitted, it is not considered a production error. This is why accurate measuring is essential before placing a custom order.

Because each cushion is individually cut, sewn, and finished by hand, slight measurement variations of up to ±1 inch may occur. This is a natural part of made-to-order craftsmanship and does not affect the overall quality, comfort, or tailored appearance of the cushion.

FABRIC COLOR & SAMPLE NOTICE

Fabric Color & Sample Notice

Fabric colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and the environment where the cushion is used.

For the most accurate color and texture selection, we strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before placing a custom order.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Warranty coverage depends on the product type, material, and issue.

Warranty review may apply to production defects, stitching issues, or material-related concerns that are not caused by misuse, incorrect care, improper installation, or normal wear.

Outdoor Fabric Warranty

PureTone Outdoor Fabric and BreezeWeave Outdoor Fabric, part of our Performance Outdoor Fabrics collection, include a 2-year fabric warranty under normal outdoor use and proper care conditions.

This warranty is designed to support the long-term performance of the fabric.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty and return coverage does not apply to:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Wrong shape or size selected at checkout
  • Color differences caused by screen settings or lighting
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper cleaning or harsh chemicals
  • Misuse, sharp damage, burns, stains, or pet damage
  • Prolonged standing water or poor ventilation
  • Extreme weather exposure
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or storage
