Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing CUSSHOM and trusting us to create a custom piece. We truly appreciate your order and the care you have taken in selecting a cushion made specifically for your space.

Each cushion is custom-made to your selected measurements, fabric, shape, and finishing details, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible because your item may already be in production.

Because every product is made specifically for you, custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please double-check your measurements before ordering. A small production tolerance of up to +/- 1 inch may apply due to the handcrafted nature of custom cushions.

Fabric colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. For the most accurate color selection, we recommend ordering fabric samples before placing your final order.

Cushions may arrive compressed for safe shipping. Please allow up to 48 hours for the cushion to fully expand and return to its intended shape.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once the issue is confirmed, we will make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.
